Chocolate lovers do we have a recipe for you! If you’re a fan of brownies you will LOVE this super easy One Bowl Brownie recipe. They are the perfect dessert to help you transition into the cooler months of fall while sipping on a Pumpkin Spice Latte. A great recipe for beginners.
- 1 3/4 cup of flour
- 1/2 cup of cocoa powder (unsweetend preferably)
- 1 cup of granulated sugar
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 5 large brown eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of vegetable oil (I prefer olive oil instead)
Preheat your oven to 350. Grease your baking pan with a little butter to ensure the brownies don’t stick. Take all the above ingredients minus the semi-sweet chocolate chips and simply stir them together in a bowl. Preferably with a kitchen mixer. Once mixed, pour the batter into the greased baking pan. Once the batter has been evenly poured, sprinkle the chocolate chips on top of the batter.
Bake the one bowl brownies for approximately 40 – 45 minutes or until a tooth pick inserted comes out almost clean. You don’t want to over bake the brownies as they will be too dry. Let the brownies cool completely before serving. Enjoy!
